high season (shown shaded) short breaks can not be
booked more than four weeks in advance.
30% is
required to secure your booking with balance paid
one month before arrival.
May we
advise that bookings are a legally binding contract
. In the event of a cancellation we will endeavour
to re-let your booking. However if this is nof achievable
we are entitled to retain your deposit and ask for
further payment to compensate us for our loss. we
therefore strongly advise that you should take out
cancellation insurance.
To
allow us time to prepare the cottage between visits
we ask that you arrive no earlier than 3.30pm and
depart no later than 10.30 am.
